the beginning

2016

Bandung bondowoso

In 2016, we challenged ourselves with competing in Japan Formula SAE (JSAE) for the first time. We built a car, named Bandung Bondowoso, that built just in 3 months. We got a lot of precious experience in our first competition.

2017

Astaka

Learned from our experience, we compete again in JSAE 2017, which is our second attempt. And finally, our car passed inspection, so we raced in this competition.

2018

SAMARTHA

From Astaka, then we built Samartha. Samartha was joined at JSAE 2018, which is our third time at JSAE, with this car we passed inspection, then got a chance to race, also Bengawan FSAE got its first JAMA Award with this car. It was so memorable for us.

2019

Yudhistira

After our third time at JSAE, we kept pushing our team to be better every year. In the fourth time we competed at JSAE in 2019, we brought Yudhistira, with this car we passed inspection and raced.

Coming soon

2022

The covid pandemic hit made Bengawan FSAE didn't compete anywhere until 2022. After covid pandemic Bengawan FSAE starts to compete again. This time we compete in Australasia competition which helds in Australia.
