Who Are We?

Bengawan Formula Student Sebelas Maret University is a dedicated group of students that strives to engineer a Formula SAE car of the highest quality. Our team annually builds an internal combustion race car for the International Formula Society of Automotive Engineers.

Bengawan Formula Student UNS has been established since 2016. Since then, we design, manufacture, and improve our race car concept. With the goal of innovating to become the best team in Indonesia and even worldwide. Since our inception, our team has achieved the top 30 from 70 teams worldwide. This year, our team is going to achieve a bigger goal in Italy Formula Student 2024.

Bengawan Formula Student is based in Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia, inside of Universitas Sebelas Maret. Our team consists of two main divisions: the Technical Division, which consists of Engine & Electrical Division, Vehicle Dynamic Division, and Frame & Body Division; and the Organizational Division, which consists of Sponsorship & Public Relations Division, Administration Division, and Marketing & Publication Division.
